Refund policy

IRON EATERS FINAL SALE POLICY

All Iron Eaters purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Fit or comfort preferences
• Change of mind
• Accidental orders
• Color preferences
• Discounted products or bundles

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and size guide before ordering. We do not offer size exchanges.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISPRINTED PRODUCTS

We will consider a replacement or refund only when an item arrives damaged, is materially misprinted, or differs from the product ordered.

Qualifying issues may include:

• A missing, incomplete or materially crooked print
• Incorrect artwork or product received
• Damage present when the package arrives

Claims must be submitted through our Contact page within seven calendar days of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Clear photograph of the entire product
• Close-up photographs showing the problem
• Photograph of the shipping label
• Brief description of the issue

Normal color variation, garment-wash variation, minor print positioning differences and damage caused by wear, washing, misuse or improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.

Do not return an item without approval. If a claim is approved, Iron Eaters will provide instructions and determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
